Clean-up Harvester analysis template as setup of VMs has changed.

All packages needed in the template should be available on the VM by default, when umwelt-info/infrastruktur/entwicklung!81 (merged) is merged and the VMs have been rebuild.

The script must be run with activated virtual environment.

In VScodium you can simply select the interpreter from the .venv/bin directory.
