This PR does the following:

Improving initial work on R4 to R5 script. PR replaces upgrade_to_r5.sh script by script update-R4-to-R5.sh
Adjusting docs and renaming files related to the R2-to-R3 update script. This should help to determine release update scripts and related files.

Note: !Script update-R4-to-R5.sh is still under development and will be stabilized within the release R5!
