We have k8s-v1.24.15, 1.25.11, 1.26.6 and 1.27.2 now. And OCCM-v1.25.6, 1.26.3 and 1.27.1.

The v1.27 versions are marked as experimental, until we have done more validation and/or official support from capo.

Update to latest k8s and latest occm versions.
