Test new images automatically

As an SCS developer I want to automate the build and tests of the Kubernetes node images, including the conformance tests using sonobouy. When tests are passed a PR should be automatically opened by the renovate bot. As the images are already automatically build and provided by OSISM, it's currently just important to track and test them.

• Test new CAPI images for functionality
• Automatically run Sonobouy Conformance test
• Configure Renovate Bot to create PR for new, tested images (https://github.com/SovereignCloudStack/k8s-cluster-api-provider/issues/577)
