WIP: Add a calendar of all recurring upstream meetings we're attending

As discussed with @fkr, we should create a (transparent) overview of the different upstream community meetings we're regularly attending. I'm still not sure if we should note the meeting rooms (as some may be considered private), but at least we have an overview of where we're engaging. Please add the meetings you're participating and note down a lead/stand-by on the first line.
