Draft: refactor/ums-umbrella-values

This MR is implementing the configuration changes required by the unification of configuration values of the Nubus (formerly known as Univention Management Stack or UMS in short) Helm chart.

Efforts are being made to allow drastic reduction of the amount of configuration required to deploy Nubus.
