feat(neodatefix): Adds environment flag for enabling / disabling e2ee support for the bot
Use the ENABLE_CRYPTO flag to enable / disable E2EE support for the NeoDateFix bot.
When enabled, the bot will create encrypted rooms for calendar and meetings.
