Switch geodatenkatalog over to the standardized csw harvester and drop geo_network_q as it was the only user.

This does not change anything about the harvested data (we used exactly that filter before via the GeoNetworkQ interface), but it allows us to drop the geo_network_q wrapper around the csw harvester as it was used only here.

We can certainly add more categories from the suggested list if so desired:
