Fix projection of coordinates in NLWKN groundwater sites from umweltkarten-niedersachsen.de
This corrects the projection used in the nlwkn-db-ni harvester.
The harvested stations are now localised in lower saxony, and for one exemplary station "Berkel" the coordinates match as expected:
