added extraction of station ID to harvester to fill in extended schema

Up until now, a number of metadata are not collected for the gauging stations hosted at undine.bafg.de. These missing metadata include the ID of the gauging station, its position, the river it is gauging etc. This fix does extract the ID's and adds them to the metadata. The bounding box can possibly be extracted as well.
