Various fixes/changes related to the integration of UBA'S UPB

There is a lot to review and test here. Especially the spatial quality score is changed significantly and I am still not really happy with the result as producing a scalar value based on the both the region and bounding box fields is quite difficult. I am also not convinced that point-like bounding boxes are always better than properly rectangular extents. On the other hand, we should either land this soon as I found a fundamental error in our general categorical scoring and a typo in the quality score which is reproduced verbatim in the UI, or I need to pull these out into a separate bug fix MR so they are not blocked on the subtleties presented here.
