Mark Resources that can be used to directly download the core data belonging to a Dataset

Jakob Deller requested to merge downloadlink into main

This will allow users to automatically download the data most relevant to a dataset without further interaction.

This can be

  • Measurement data for measurement stations
  • Statistical data for articles about statistical facts
  • Dokuments for articles about a certain publication.

This will allow to finally extend !641 (merged) and !728 (merged) computing the missing quality indicators. This, in turn, will allow display these in the UI.
