Explicitly request full set in CSW harvester to fix missing keywords.

While the correct outputSchema appears to work for all sources, it also appears to have removed some information for the responses in existing SmartFinder-based sources, for example the descriptiveKeywords section appears missing. This change fixes this by explicitly requesting the full element set which does contain this information.
