The source project of this merge request has been removed.
Use small-buffer-optimized CompactString for other tags, regions and licenses
These strings are often short and hence most likely to benefit from the small-buffer-optimization. There is no need for a migration as String and CompactString are fully compatible w.r.t. the Serde data model.
