Follow-up Naturdetektive: Add some exceptions for irrelevant pages

Some pages of quests and quizzes are not needed to be added to the metadataindex. So they were removed from results. Furthermore, A video-resource was not identified. Thus a minor edit was made for resources to be recognized (mp4). Furthermore, PDF-resources for subpage Kinatschu have to be added.
