Add resources for embedded videos

Both the websites of the BfS and BASE sometimes contain embedded videos which we currently do not include in the list of resources. Sometimes, the pages are mainly about these videos and hence we should include them as resources even if we are unable to link to them directly (and link to the embedding page itself instead).
