Scraper for Hochwasservorhersagezentrale Saxony-Anhalt (centre for flood prediction Saxony Anhalt)

The HochwasserzentraleST offers tide informations and additional information per measurement site. On the one hand, the scraper should generate one metadata set per measurement site with link to ressources, geospatial reference and time reference.

On the other hand for each of the following panels

• "Hochwasserwarnungen - Informationen"
• "Vorhersagen"
• "Hydrologische Berichte"

a metadataset with geospatial and time reference and link to the most recent ressources should be available in the metadataindex md.umwelt.info
