Scraper for BASE info platform for finding a repository

The info platform for finding a repository, provided by the Federal Office for the Safety of Nuclear Waste Management, contains a main search index inluding a total of 3,741 entries, all of which are to be harvested as separate datasets. Where applicable, this includes direct download links attached as resources.

• Scraper for BASE info platform merged into main branch and deployed to md.umwelt.info.
• One dataset for each entry of the main search index.
