Scraper for BfS SAR

The Search for Specific Absorption Rates (SAR) for mobile phones contains 3,892 entries (each related to one mobile phone model), all of which are to be harvested as separate datasets. There is a corresponding downloadable .csv-file you may find useful in doing so.

Acceptance criteria:

• Scraper for BfS SAR merged into main branch and deployed to md.umwelt.info.
• One dataset for each mobile phone model.
