Scraper for RLZ

The "Rote Liste Zentrum" website contains conservation data on many different species which we would like to harvest into one dataset per species. To do so, we recommend to start at the section "Organismengruppen" and scrape all species lists there and finally produce datasets based on the per-species details.

Additionally, the downloadable lists from section "Die Roten Listen" should also become available as separate datasets with the direct download links attached as resources.

Acceptance criteria

• Scraper for RLZ merged into main branch and deployed to md.umwelt.info.
• One dataset for each species details page.
• One dataset per downloadable list of species.
