Drop expected errors due to parsing PDF as HTML in suche_st harvester.

Must not be merged until after umwelt-info/metadaten!504 (merged) is deployed.

(These were ineffective in any case as they had source "suche-st" which should have been "suche-st-geo" which I also fixed for the PDB article which is actually is HTML but really has no title.)
