Add expected messages for datacube

Expected messages from the the containers where added to logging service. Due to low activity in the Data Cube, there are probably more repeating noncritical messages which will be added in the future. Some of the containers always produce stack traces, which cannot be disabled by configuration. These are catched with script containing executing grep on the log output. Parallel to these changes, some configs were changed in the Data Cube Config repo to reduce the amount of log messages.
