added an expected error log message for the suche-st-presse harvester

The suche-st-presse harvester is producing an error because one of the Pressemitteilungen that are harvested has no title. I looked into the situation and saw that this is a unique mistake produced by one of the people in the Presseagentur of achsen Anhalt. IMO, there is no need to revise the harvester to account for such obvious mistakes, which is why I decided to ignore the error and simply add it as an exception.
