Send a warning to running VS Codium instances 5 minutes before automatic shutdown.

This gives the user some time to prepare and/or create the suppression file.

Since the terminals used by VS Codium do not receive broadcast messages, we use the remote CLI to display a temporary file containing the relevant information.
