Fix installation of Llamafile into development VM.

We cannot execute a script which does not exist on the VM (or only indirectly via the checkout but this breaks the CI's corresponding on running the code from the branch attached to the pipeline) and the script itself can be simplified quite a bit (for example, no need for progress reports for something that runs on Sunday night with no-one looking).
