Save responses of md.umwelt.info in a place that will not be overwritten and add alias for frequently used task

Save responses of md.umwelt.info in a place that will not be overwritten when running the harvester.

This allows to regain access to the responses if I run the harvester locally.

Also, this MR adds a useful alias for the most run command when developing a harvester.
