Fixes issues in upload size, time range, default language, data preview

This Commit fixes several issues we had recently with the Data Cube:

• Files with a size >30MB could not be uploaded, it is now increased to 300MB.
• The default time range did not show recent data. We set the end now to the year 2025 and increased the range.
• Share service default language was English, now it is German
• Preview of data from design space was not possible, now data explorer has access to the space.
