Link to umwelt.info search result is now incorporated.

I have inserted a link to the search result on umwelt.info. I have tested the function of the link in the groundwater map. I am open to suggestions regarding the name of the link. Whether the search result is displayed as a header (currently as h4) or as normal text is also debatable.
