Extended the contact form just configurative by adding a new option field target group

About: In the bottom of the contact form, we have a new option field: target group Users can assign themselves to a target group, which supports us both statistically and in the selection of a suitable communication channel in further correspondence.

Realisation: Just added a new option field and configured it. no mandatory field, fallback is "keine Angabe", test passed.

local error message, I suppose a vm message: Connection could not be established with host "proxy:25": stream_socket_client(): php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo for proxy failed: Temporary failure in name resolution
