Draft: datasource view in branch ct konfig - first merge request

Saving the intermediate status of the datasource configuration Ticket #985. It is an layout arrangement of 3 serial blocks: article, view, contactform. In the browser, call the article "Über die Datenquellen" to see it.

I'am quite satisfied now, technically the app is running, please give it a try. ! The build-in filter option of the view (Status: Anwenden) doesn't work proper, I don't know why.

Obviously filtering the datasets in a user-friendly way is impossible, the tripple nested contenttype "Institution" is, for me, not configurable as a searchform for the user. In another test, with a flat contenttype, where all fields are in row, it worked.

There is a lot of styling still necessary.
