Most concise sql query

The commit now contains the most precise sql query in the file 'Convert ePRTR data to CLRTAP LPS'. There is another file 'sql with magic commands' only with sql code. Unfortunately, here I have not yet found a way to transfer the generated sql output into a format where the data can be processed afterwards. I think the best way is still working with DataFrames (as done in the file 'Convert ePRTR data to CLRTAP LPS').
