Order time series on export

Kevin Hausmann requested to merge feature/order_time_series into main

It turns out properly sorting the time series dump is actually quite useful. So I implemented it and fixed a bunch of bad time series IDs in the process. Getting the proper ID order is not trivial, so I added documentation on how to create it.
