Refactor/merge projects into solution

This results in quite some changes and will conflict with other present branches. However, I feel this is worth it. I bundled the scripts into solutions and refactored their namespaces. Also, I introduce a base script helper project, which is then the only place the Private.resx info is held and which offers the "connect to database" code so it does not have to exist in multiple places. That project is part of all three solutions.
