implements UBA-847: added basic database selection ui and simple navigation to a new view after successful selecting a database

  • This is a basic PoC UI, not the finished UI for later production use.
  • Added Resources files used for germand and english translations.
  • Last opened database will be added when the data in the backend is ready (depends on UBA-858)
