Implement naive emission estimation method
Okay, this is a big whopper. Please test and review this in depth. Please find the stupid mistakes I did implementing the estimation method and let me know where my Python in not yet up to par. Let me know if you need help to get started!
Suggested review:
- Try and play with the Jupyter notebooks provided, in particular both on "naive emissions"
- Review code in base.py and naive.py
- Try to find problems with the way I calculate and aggregate emissions (am I using the right conversions mol -> g?)
