Add e2e conformace test for R5 and for the latest version of the code (#581)


This commit adds:
- A daily end-to-end conformance job running within the release/v6.0.0 branch of the R5 codebase.
- A daily end-to-end conformance job running within the latest codebase's main branch.
- Badges in README that will show the last build status of the above jobs
