fix: add check whether startTimeUtc exists to avoid NaN error when webpage for URL does not exist

If a dns entry do not exist, the start time of the scan is not set. This resulted in an NaN error. I have fixed that. Signed-off-by: Alexander Selzer alexander.selzer@aleri.de
