Draft: Notebook analysis of guid and modification time.

Jakob Deller requested to merge umwelt-info/metadaten:guid_merge_on_modified into well-known-global-identifier

The aim of this MR is to make a proper selection on which Dataset to consider the "original" dataset when merging.

  • Analyse the GUID and modified fields as filled with the current harvesters to see if they are useful.
  • Decide on an approach to select the "original" dataset
  • Implement that approach.
