activate the files machine_readable_data and open_file_format in the UI

In the context of story https://kb.umwelt.info/?controller=TaskViewController&action=show&task_id=834 only direct_access was activated in the in the meta data score in the UI in the MR !62 (merged). However machine_readable_data and open_file_format were also created in this story and are already included in the calculation of the score. Therefore, the respective fields need to be activated.
