Update phrasing metadata quality

Update the phrasing of the metadata quality description. "Verweis" is replaced by "Link / Direktlink". The descriptions of "Direktlink" and "Direktzugriff" were updated to make it easier for users to understand the difference. "Datensatz" was replaced by "Inhalt" to remain consistent and avoid using the ambiguous term "Datensatz".
