RFC: Reboot the auto-completion API prototype.

This is slightly more principled than the earlier prototype as it uses the full query parser and should be return the full range of indexed tokens of which the last term of the given query is a prefix. Since it is also relatively fast, it should be a useful stop gap solution until we tackle the corresponding user story.
