    @OC000021106231 I took the liberty of taking care of the technicalities for downloading the ZIP archive and extracting the Excel file and also to keep some of the already numerical data for coordinates/time ranges as such instead of downgrading it to strings and then parsing it back. Hope this helps on Monday.
