Region names for UVP-Verbund need more post-processing

Currently, a lot of datasets provided by the UVP-Verbund source have regions like "Deutschland, Brandeburg, Drebkau" which is not matched against GeoNames and should most likely be shortened to "Drebkau" which should yield an exact match.
