Semantic for DATEN_VERWERFEN

As discussed in MR 197, we should give the DATEN_VERWERFEN variable more semantic, e.g. vollständig for neither backup nor restore and zurücksetzen for no backup but restore whatever already is on the persistent disk.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
