Derive GNFR from ePRTR actvities

We need to place each point source in one of the GNFR categories. This can be achieved using a mapping table for the ePRTR activities. Maybe the NACE codes given in the database can also be helpful. A (possibly incomplete) first version of the mapping table is attached to this issue: GNFR mapping.xlsx
