Draft: Design time series view UI

This is an iteration on the design I proposed in !29 (closed), please let me know what you think!

• Includes proper data grid headers
• Menu uses grid layout and proper separators
• Menu uses icon buttons
• Colors are obviously a bit over the top, for illustration only
• Use custom app icon

Note that this is still work in progress...
