Tracking and documenting compliance of clouds with SCS certificates

As a cloud customer, I want to know compliance history and level of clouds with SCS certificates so that I can evaluate different providers with respect to their reliability.

Definition of Done:

The following questions MUST be answered

• What is the frequency of the automated (or manual?) checks?
• What are the consequences of failed checks?
• Do we want to revoke the cert and if so, under which circumstances?
• How do we make check results & revokation of certs transparent for customers?
