When a container will be build, the generated and tagged source maps
will be uploaded to glitchtip. If the release tag is already it will
be deleted before uploading a newer version.

Fix issue with handling disallowCustomDisplayName which had quotes
around a boolean value.

When the configuration flag disallow_custom_display_name is true the input fields
for display name in the dashboard profile and lobby page shall be disabled.
Invited guest must still be able to enter a name.
