Attempt to fix etherpad crashes related to undefined user sessions

Adds a patch file that includes a check for undefined sessions when
attempting to authorize a user.

Fixes a missleading info log in the webaccess.js file.

Modifies the docker health check to consider the changes from the
ep_read_sessions plugin.

- Add entrypoint.sh to exit when no apikey is configured
- Copy and customize the etherpad Dockerfile to start with the
  entrypoint.sh
