Observed that there was a rendering issue in version 1.0 of Payments BB Service API page

The rendering issue was due to OpenAPI rendering on the page.

Motivation and Context

Fixing the issue helps people view the GitBook Spec, particularly Payments BB Spec 1.0

How Has This Been Tested?

Observed that the API source file that the spec document was trying to find was not avaliable in the desired location. The name of the file was different.

Additionally, the API document available in API folder were not as per OpenAPI 3.0.0. The correct spec document were available in spec/.gitbook/assets folder.
